Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased! This product did an excellent job of killing my dandelions. It did a great job of killing almost all my white clover, which is tough to kill. It even surprised me and killed my wild violet, which I don’t think was a listed weed on the label. My fescue lawn really greened up and grew thicker. Overall, very pleased and will buy again next year. Tip: In addition to applying to a wet lawn with no rain in the forecast for a few days, I think it’s important to apply on a low setting and make several passes in different directions in order to get even distribution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Stuff Works for Me I have used Scott's MAX Weed n Feed two years in a row now. It took care of the weeds and fed the lawn. I only apply early in the spring when I know we won't get super hot temperatures. It helps to water it in after 24 hours or so. I also try to apply when it looks like rain is in the forecast later ion the week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well if directions are followed Works as stated as long as you follow the directions! Grass is green and dandelions are dead! I know why so many people have unsatisfactory results...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a fantastic product! I bought this product at Costco because I was looking for a weed killer for my lawn. I dumped it in a sprinkler and rolled it towards the areas with weeds. It rained the next few days and when I looked out about a week later, I thought an alien had visited me. The areas I sprinkled the product had turned dark green and long following my track while spreading it. I quickly returned to Costco to purchase 4 more bags and sprinkled it on the rest of my lawn. I got the same effect here as well. I now have to greenest and best-looking lawn in my neighborhood. I recommend it to a colleague who couldn't grow her grass and she also got great results. I am looking forward to next spring so I can re-apply it. Thanks Scott, this product is fantastic!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product failed. Purchased in April at Costco. Applied as per instructions. Used Scott’s products for years. Killed dandelions and that’s it. All other weeds are growing. Very poor product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Scotts Product I have Used So Far Follow directions on bag and you will see great results. It eliminated all of the dandelions on my lawn and my lawn is really green. This is the best Scotts product I have used so far. I have always had great success. If you dont follow the directions on the bag, you will have issues. Extremely pleased with the results I have seen with the Max Weed and Feed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not kill dandelions I Followed the directions and applied as instructed. 17 days later, my dandelions are unaffected except they seemed to seed quickly after the application. I can't tell if the fertilizer worked; my grass is green and growing well. Yes, I lightly watered my lawn before application. I immediately applied the granules with my spreader set at the correct number shown on the bag. I did not mow or water for 3 days. I gave a generous three-star instead of a one because it's possible the fertilizer is working. The product was more expensive than some others, however the man at Lowe's said it was the best. It's raining now and when it clears up I'm going to apply the Scott's again in a small area as I have some of the bag left and I really need to get rid of these dandelions. We'll see.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I followed directions and used the appropriate setting on my Scott's broadcast spreader and 2 weeks later the dandilions wilted a bit, but other weeds in the yard seem unaffected. I'm in Fargo, ND and bought this at Costco.
