How do I submit a refund request?

To submit a request, complete the form here. You'll be asked to provide proof of purchase as part of the submission. After you've made your submission, Scotts may reach out to verify information and/or request additional information to process your refund request.  


What do I need to submit a refund request?

A digital copy or photo of your receipt or other proof of purchase, such as an itemized email order confirmation, store printout or duplicate receipt from the retailer.


Who can submit a refund request? 

The Scotts Miracle-Gro No-Quibble Money Back Guaranteeā„¢ is limited to the original end-user consumer purchaser (if you bought the product then used it on your own lawn or landscape, that's you).  

Products purchased for commercial or professional use are not eligible for the Guarantee.


Which products qualify?

Any product purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers that bears the guarantee on its packaging qualifies. If your product is otherwise covered by a warranty provided by Scotts or one of its affiliates, that warranty will govern. 

Products purchased from an unauthorized seller, including unauthorized internet sellers, do not qualify.


How long do I have to submit a refund request?

Guarantee claims must be made within 1 year of the date you purchased the product.
