How do you personalize my lawn plan?

After completing the quiz, we use the answers you provided about your region, grass type, lawn goals, and any issues your lawn is experiencing to determine the best products for you.

Yes! Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the website. Select My Account, Manage Subscriptions, View. From here, you can choose to cancel or pause your subscription, send now, or skip. You can also pause, cancel, and adjust quantity and frequency for individual products.

Yes, some promotions and offers may be combinable with the standard subscription 10% off. Please check our promo terms and conditions page for more specific details about each promotion and its combinability.

The standard subscription discount of 10% will continue on subsequent subscription orders. Any additional promo code or discount used at the time of placing your order is applicable to the first order only.

All items that you subscribed to after taking the quiz are pre-set to a 12 month frequency. You can adjust the frequency in the Manage Subscription section of your account once your subscription is active.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the website. Select My Account, Manage Subscriptions, then View. From there, select Skip Next Delivery or Cancel Subscription. Select the reason you are canceling and click Cancel Subscription once more. You will receive a confirmation message and an option to Reactivate.

No! There is no fee to cancel your subscription.
