Description
The Scotts® Lawn Care Plan for Small Yards (Northern) helps you handle weeds and insects and grow a thick, green lawn all year long. This four-part plan provides the nutrients needed to tackle common lawn care stressors, no matter the season. With early spring comes Scotts® Turf Builder® Halts Crabgrass Preventer with Lawn Food. This product prevents the germination of crabgrass and other grassy weeds while also fertilizing your lawn. Scotts® Turf Builder® Weed & Feed3 weed killer plus fertilizer kills over 50 listed weeds and feeds to thicken your grass. When summer hits, use Scotts® Turf Builder® SummerGuard Lawn Food with Insect Control to control ants, fleas, spiders, ticks, and other listed insects, and feed and strengthen your lawn against heat and drought. Then, in the fall, apply Scotts® Turf Builder® WinterGuard Fall Lawn Food to build strong, deep roots for a better lawn next spring. These products are for use on Bermudagrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Bahiagrass. Awesome Product!!
I have used the Scotts 4 step system for a few years. This year I used the northern 4 step system and my lawn has gone to the next level of Awesomeness!! My lawn is thick, green weed free and I am so happy. I cant wait for next year because I know its going to be even better!

Product great. Customer service sucks !
Tried to buy Large Northern Bundle at Black Friday promotion. They had no stock. Been a customer for many, many years. Asked them to see if they could help. They said order individual bags and they will discount. Problem is the bag is 12000 sq ft vs 16000 sq ft coverage. They then responded basically it is what it is. They should have offered the same coverage at the same price. I have contacted local lawn service providers and basically the price is quite similar and I don't have to do the work, even though I don't mind that part at all. Be better Scott's, you REALLY should rethink your customer service.

Nothing but clumps
The product works once you can get it applied but holy cow was that a pain! There are soooo many clumps in every bag (I ordered 2 sets of the large package) that my spreader couldn't break it all up. This is causing VERY inconsistent spreading and definitely not worth the hassle. I would avoid this product until they can figure out the clumping. These ranged from the size of a golf ball to a softball.

Scotts has been a real letdown lately. They send out advertisements that they can't honor. What good is a sale if you have no product to sell.

Large (30,000 sq ft program) and Small (5,000 sq ft program) out of stock.
Spoke with a representative at Scotts today, no information on when this will be available.

Green Grass with a lot of Weeds
Applied the crabgrass preventer and Weed and Feed to only have even more crabgrass and dandilions than last year. My grass is green, but my weeds became worse after these applications.
