Description

Our mission is to make sustainable living easy. That's why we took recycled nutrients that would otherwise end up in a waste stream to create EcoScraps® Slow-Release Fertilizer1. This lawn fertilizer provides grass with extended feeding and rich, vibrant greening. It is great to use when fertilizing established lawns or seeding a new lawn. Simply use your favorite Scotts® spreader to evenly apply over dry grass. No watering is required after application. In addition to lawns, this fertilizer can be used to feed landscaped areas in your yard, including trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials - just mix with the soil surrounding your plants. EcoScraps® Slow-Release Fertilizer1 will not burn your lawn when used as directed. In areas where warm season grasses experience winter dormancy, do not apply within one month before killing frost to avoid winter injury. Avoid fertilizing centipedegrass and bahiagrass in the fall. One 45 lb. bag of EcoScraps® Slow-Release Fertilizer1 covers up to 2,500 sq. ft.
