Description
The grass is greener with the help of Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food. This fertilizer plus iron supplement feeds your lawn and provides deep greening in just 3 days. The product contains 5% iron, a micronutrient that enhances the greening process for fast results. Plus, it is guaranteed not to stain concrete, driveways, or other surfaces surrounding your lawn (when used as directed). Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food can be applied to any grass type in the spring, summer, or fall. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary, use a setting of 3 ¾ for the recommended rate or 3 ¼ for the regular rate. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 7 ½ for the recommended rate or 7 for the regular rate. For fast results, lightly water in. One 16.67 lb. bag of Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food covers 5,000 sq. ft.

Green Lawn Quickly
Applied this product on our Bermuda grass and boy did it take off. Just followed the directions and my lawn loved it. I would definitely recommend this product. Each day the lawn has become greener and is getting thicker.

Green & Healthy Lawn
10 days after applying Scott’s Green Max Lawn Food, our grass is healthy, thick and very green. Our yard gets heavy dog usage and was worn after the winter months and sustained damage from unusually long period of cold and ice. Very pleased with results.

I applied this to my lawn and within 1 week maybe less my lawn was really greening up and growing thicker it appears to be filling in the bare areas but this could be just because the lawn is thicker. It works well.

Best green grass and shrubs
I love this product. It will give you the best yard in neighborhood. I use it around shrubs in springs and grass in summer.
Tip: if you have St. AUGUSTINE GRASS, use the Scott winterize fertilizer in the fall. You will not believe,how great and healthy your yard will be in the following spring. My daughter in law sent me a picture of her feet in my grass and said she had never seen grass so beautiful in the spring after the first application Octobrer in 2019. I have used it ever since. It works on the roots over the winter.

Great for spring greening
Put this product on my lawn to green it up after a snowy winter. The lawn looks very good. It really greened it up nicely. Will definitely use this product again. Once again found that Scotts products cannot be beat. Simple to use and affective.

Great product

So Green!
Coming out of winter dormancy, it was amazing how quickly this product helped my lawn green up. I'm hoping it'll continue to feed for the next couple of months. This product let me put down my first fertilizer and an iron treatment all in one. As always, Scotts products are incredibly easy to spread and getting an even dispersion was a piece of cake. The picture is the difference between my lawn and my neighbors lawn. Mine greened up much quicker!

Fantastic results!!
Just what the doctor ordered and the lawn surely needed. The snow is finally gone but what appeared was a sick looking lawn. After applying and with the help of a gentle rain the lawn is well on its way to looking great again. With the help of some Scotts grass seed which I will put on today the job will be complete. Greener after a few days!
I applied Max Green late March using a Scotts Turf Builder broadcast spreader at the recommended setting. Grass was still yellow just recovering from a freeze the previous month. I did see a bit more green after 3 days. Don't think I've ever seen my lawn turn greener that quickly.

SCOTTS GREEN MAXLAWN FOOD
I used Scotts Green Max Lawn Food on my back yard on March 8th and am very pleased with the results. Today April 5th the lawn has turned to a vibrant green color. I use many of Scotts products both on my lawn & in my garden and have always been very pleased with the outcomes. I will recommend to family and friends to try this lawn food and any of their products.

Great option

Perfect for quick boost your lawn in spring
Here in South Texas, the spring always comes quickly than most of the other places. I'm using this Scotts Green MAX lawn food as a booster for my St Augustine Lawn to help it quickly green-up.
Usually, I like to use some cheap 10-10-10 in spring, but this year I decided to give this product a try, and it turned to be good.

Works great!
I had to delay applying due to heavy rains and re-sodding. Finally got a chance to apply it and it works as advertised! Beautiful green and getting greener! My neighbor is probably not too happy that mine looks so much greener than his!

Have used before with great results.
Probably put out too early this year.
I’m on Scott’s schedule and normally have nicest yard in the hood.
My grass was just coming out and the photos are a week apart but my grass that is coming up is the greenest around

Great greening power of Green Max
I was surprised and delighted at the greening power of Green Max at this early stage of spring. After the first meaningful rain, it soon became obvious Green Max has a powerful greening power (grass health?) and it is really great move in in helping me along this spring.

Greener lawn
I applied this about 2 weeks ago. Last year I tried lime to make the grass greener with poor results. I will say this product after 2 weeks has given my front lawn a noticeably greener look. The application was easy and the results speak for themselves. I am happy with this product.

Really makes a differance
I experimented this winter after a large snowstorm. On a warm day, I spread some of the product on top of the two feet of snow. Now that spring is here I noticed that the area that I spread the Green Max on was much greener than the rest of the lawn.

Greenest Lawn Around
I was skeptical at first that this product would work for my lawn. I’m now a true believer in Green MAX! The results are truly amazing. My yard is a deep green color after applying it a week ago with daily spring rains afterwards. There is a definite line on my property between my two neighbors yards and ours. Even the neighbors noticed it and inquired as to what we put down. I will purchase a couple more bags to do my back yard now that I know it works!

Follow Up Review-wow!!!
So I wrote a review earlier and gave it 3 stars. I am doing a follow up with results. AMAZING is all I have to say. It did take my front yard a little longer than the other areas but it too has perked up nicely. This is my 1st year doing my own lawn maintenance and this was a wonderful product to start the journey. As you can see a few bare spots but tackling that today! I would definitely suggest buying the MaxGreen product. I know I will purchase again.

Easy flow; Non-Clumping, Makes a big impact
Makes a great impact on the strength of the grass. Greens up quick. Easy flow out of bag and does not clump. That means it will distribute properly in drop spreaders and waste is virtually non-existent. Easy instructions. Used on 10K sq.ft. lawn.

Great Grass
I can’t believe that my grass not only became greener in my eyes but my grass is soft and ready for the summer picnics outside with my children and awaiting my granddaughter.
It was the most easiest to do that I did it myself without the help of husband. The granulas spread perfectly and after the immediate first watering it was as if a thirsty limp plant got a taste of water. This is an assist to my home and the look of total freshness.

This has been really great for my lawn. I have a mix of different types of groundcover, and my main priority is just having green on all of my terrible clay-like dirt. This has definitely helped me in achieving that goal, I'm pretty impressed with it and would buy it again.

Does Exactly What It Is Supposed To Do
I’ve been having problems with uneven colored grass due to improper watering. I applied the lawn food to the dried areas and in exactly 3 days my lawn was the same shade! It’s very easy to apply the food with a manual spreader. It only took 15 minutes to cover the area. Now that my lawn is uniform I will do one more application on the whole lawn to make sure all areas are covered.
