Description
The grass is greener with the help of Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food. This fertilizer plus iron supplement feeds your lawn and provides deep greening in just 3 days. The product contains 5% iron, a micronutrient that enhances the greening process for fast results. Plus, it is guaranteed not to stain concrete, driveways, or other surfaces surrounding your lawn (when used as directed). Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food can be applied to any grass type in the spring, summer, or fall. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary, use a setting of 3 ¾ for the recommended rate or 3 ¼ for the regular rate. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 7 ½ for the recommended rate or 7 for the regular rate. For fast results, lightly water in. One 16.67 lb. bag of Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food covers 5,000 sq. ft.

Makes my backyard greener now.
I brought this and used it and my backyard looks greener now. I used it as per the instructions on it. Water my backyard twice a day for twenty minutes every time. And it helps my backyard look green and healthy. It even helps grow grass on the bold patches my backyard had. Great product and works faster

Works well!
The lawn food made my new grass look terrific. It is easy to use and little bit goes a long way. The results have been fast and while giving my lawn what it needs to turn it green and keep growing. I’ve been using Scott products for years and years and years they never fail me it’s always a good product I can’t wait to get more news more and be more green in my yard. As you could see in my pictures my lawn and garden are the most beautiful in the world. My lawn is greener than all my neighbors and my flowers are way prettier

Our lawn has never been greener
Using this product on our lawn has made it greener than it's ever been. It is also looking thicker and more lush. In combination with other scotts products our weeds throughout the grass are dying off and the grass is filling in those areas. Using Scott's grass seed as well.

Great Lawn Food

Scotts Green Max Lawn Food is my go to lawn fertilizer. It makes my lawn nice and green so i'm the envy of the neighborhood (or at least I think I am)! Lol! Seriously though, my lawn always looks great and so green. It has to do with all the iron in their fertilizer formula that makes it work so great! I would highly recommend!

Thick green grass
After this cold winter did a number on my lawn, I wanted to try to revive it. I have a fairly large front and back lawn and one bag was enough to fertilize both. The grass started coming in much thicker and greener than I've ever seen. It grew really fast too. I do hire people to cut my grass and even they asked what I out down because I have the best lawn in the neighborhood. I used to have a lot of issues with brown or dead looking grass, now it looks amazing. I will never be switching to another brand.

Works Great!

Amazing bringing life back to yard
We recently had a snow and freeze that killed all the grass in the yard. Shortly after, the weather warmed up (Texas weather) I put out the lawn food. You can see a clear division between our yard and neighbors who didn't. Life is back in our yard while the neighbors have patches of green.

Great product

Works great
We live in Texas and most years we have very dry weather. It really takes a toll on our lawn. We take pride in our yard and love when it’s nice and green. We used this before and again this year and we’re impressed with the results. It’s so easy to spread when you use a spreader. You can use it for up to 5,000 square feet. One bag goes a long way. You do have to be careful because it tends to stain the driveway. We made sure to use our blower to blow the remnants away. This stuff works pretty quick. In a few weeks you see the results and healthier looking grass. We watered it after applying it to let it set in. It’s pretty awesome stuff!

Another Dependable Product
As a long time user of numerous Scotts products, I have never really utilized any that I was not happy with.
This Green Max Lawn Food is another fine example of a quality product.
I love the high Nitrogen content, and the added Iron supplement is very suitable for my particular lawn.
I have just recently fed the lawn for the first time for the new spring growth, and while the lawn is still just beginning to grow, I can actually see a deeper and darker color to it than it seems I have in the past. I will continue to monitor progress as my lawn grows more, and will do the recommended 4 applications this year.

Great product!
The Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food bag features the words, "Deep greening in 3 days" on the front, so that's a lofty promise to hold up. I received this product in the winter so I haven't had a chance to use it, but Scott's is a brand I trust from other products. I would pick them over any others when I'm trying to spruce up my lawn. I like that the granules are 100-percent nutrition - so there's no filler - just food.

Did well on my Bermuda!
I live in Northwest Florida and used the Scotts Green Max formula on my Bermuda grass. After just a few days, I saw green emerging below the brown dormant grass! I have a very small lawn and had some left in the bad, so I will definitely be using it again in the Spring!

Best Lawn Food Ever

Green Max Works Great!
I have used Scotts Green Max several times in the past and it has always worked great. After a few days, the lawn looked noticeably better and was a shade of deep green. I will be using it again when I feed the lawn this year. It definitely works as advertised.

Dual purpose
A spring fertilizer with lots of nitrogen and an iron supplement for greening. Granules are free-flowing and easy to disperse. Can't wait to try it on half my front lawn to compare to Scotts regular spring fertilizer

Greens Lawn Quickly
This product works quickly and efficiently. I am on the 3rd season of my new centipede sod. It's been an extremely harsh window but spring seems to be just around the corner. My grass was brown almost everywhere. I laid the fertilizer down pretty heavy and within 3 days I saw noticeable improvement. After 2 weeks it’s almost all completely dark green! My neighbors are asking which lawn service company I am using. I have been watering it every day and that makes it work even better. One word of caution though is to make sure you blow off your concrete driveway as it will stain.

Crayola could not design a more perfect green!

Works fast and looks good
Early warm weather, applied the lawn food, rained next day and grass is looking good after a week. I want to see how long the feed last before next application but for quick results it works great! Give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Darkest Green Grass I've Seen
This is a very consistent size material. You might not think it matters but I believe it does. The material flows at a continuous rate from the hopper to the broadcast wheel. This give the best chance for even material dispersal throughout the lawn. The material composition provided a very deep green appearance to my lawn.

Fantastic Mix
This is the best product I have found to green up my grass quickly. I water regularly but there always seems to be one area in the sun that turns brown no matter what. I apply this and water and it is green again in no time.
