Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus® S Southern Weed & FeedF2 kills over 25 listed lawn weeds, including dollarweed, clover, dandelion, oxalis, chickweed, henbit, and purslane. In addition, the added fertilizer thickens grass to crowd out future weeds and help prevent runoff. Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus® S Southern Weed & FeedF2 is for use on St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Carpetgrass only. Apply when grass and weeds are actively growing. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 5 ¼. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 11. This product must be watered in immediately after application. Do not apply during winter dormancy period - wait until after the third mowing of the season to apply. Do not apply with a hand-held spreader. Step by Step Instructions
How to Use
- Fill & set spreader with product, then walk at a steady pace. For broadcast/rotary spreaders, line up each pass approximately 5' from wheel track. For drop spreaders, align hopper arrow with previous wheel track.
- This product must be WATERED IMMEDIATELY after application.
When and Where to Use
Where Not to Use
- Do not apply to lawns or mixed lawns of Bahiagrass, Bermudagrass, Bluegrass, Fine Fescue, Bentgrass, Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, or Dichondra because injury may occur.
- Not for use on or under trees, shrubs, bedding plants, flowers, or garden plants.
Where to Use
- This product may be used on St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Carpetgrass.
When to Apply
- Apply when grass and weeds are actively growing.
- Do not apply during winter dormancy period. Wait until after the third mowing of the season to apply.
How Often to Apply
- If complete control is not obtained a second treatment may be applied after 8 weeks but not more than twice per year.

Help for Zoyshia grass
Having Zoyshia grass in Florida is great during the summer months. Unfortunately when it goes dormant during the cold season clover, dollar weed, and a myrid of undesirables take over. One treatment with Turf Builder Bonus makes things right. Next two days after spreading bad stuff is gone

Very dependable

kills weeds that are tough to kill
Bonus S is a great product. I have an area with constant dollarweed and Bonus S killed almost all of it. I will probably need to re-apply, but dollarweed is really tough to kill in just one application. I am happy with this product - it works well!!!

Lawn is looking green and plush!
Used this product about 3 weeks ago. Lawn was looking thin and full of weeds. It has thickened up considerably and looking more healthy. Hopeful the weeds will die soon. Will post a picture when things improve.

Dependable and effective !!
This product has been a staple in my lawn care program every spring for a number of years. I generally cannot wait to apply Bonus S to my lawn in early to mid March.
My lawn greens up quickly and the majority of weeds begin to die off. I look forward to reapplying a second lighter application in mid-May. I would not consider buying or using any other brand of weed and feed other than SCOTTS.

Great Return for your Investment of this product
I applied this Scotts product the day I got it and the results did not take long at all. Within the week my grass greened up and the weeds were dissipating. Using my Scotts broadcast spreader, it was a snap applying the granules and I was finished quickly. I will 100% use this product over and over again.

Perfect for my yard

Great Turf Builder
Great value, easy to use. My lawn came to life with this Bonus S treatment.

Very effective on Weeds in St Augustine grass.
In Florida if you do not use something like this product you will have more weeds than grass. Our grass or lawns grow year round. However, so do the weeds. This product has been very effective in reducing the weeds, and killing most of them.

Great Product for N. Fla Lawns
I've used this as my weed and feed spring time fertlizer on my N.Fla St. Augustine lawn and it really takes care of the early red clover and dollar weed. It has a slow and steady release of fertilizer and continues to kill the clover that tries to emerge after a rain. It works well and encourages new growth of the St. Augustine grass which was hit by fungus last year.

Fantastic Results!
I used this product at the time that it was recommended and my lawn responded very well! I have had a problem for a long while, with crabgrass and weeds creeping through my lawn throughout the spring and summer. This Bonus S product worked well in not only fertilizing my lawn, but ridding it of the weeds and crabgrass. Great product!

Improved lawn with Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus
This spring several areas of my lawn showed bald spots and/or had weeds replacing the St Augustine grass. A product like Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus® S Southern Weed & Feed FL sounded like a promising solution for the problem.
On April 23rd the granules were spread using a Scotts® Turf Builder® Edgeguard® Mini Broadcast Spreader on setting 5¼ as indicated on the bag. The setting proved correct and efficient since there are positive results without any burning. Today after one month there is a substantial improvement in the treated areas of the lawn. Most weeds have vanished. Some weeds remain, but I am convinced that a second treatment will do the trick on the stubborn weeds. The St Augustine grass has clearly improved and is expected to fill in the open spaces with some more time and some additional fertilizer.
All in all I am quite satisfied with the performance of Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus® S Southern Weed & Feed FL.

Great item
I use this ever year and it always make my yard look better. It kills with the weeds and keeps them away for a few months. It helps with the brown spots and fills out my yard also. The bag has easy directions on how to use it also makes it really easy to use.

Great Product

Awesome Product
Very easy to apply with spreader noticed some weeds turning brown within a few days. Lawn looks so much better and within a week was nice and green. Though I do wish they made a liquid form of this product that worked with floratam. Will definitely keep using product.

It has really helped my lawn and it is wonderful for those of us who do not have
a green thumb. I just follow the instructions on the bag and water it in and watch

I like this Bonus S doing the winter my yard gets so many weeds in it.when spring comes l get out the bonus s did my yard with the Bonus S two week ago i can see the change. weeds are going every day.My yard look like a new yard.if you have weeds in your yard go out an buy you some Bonus S IT dose a great job.

Wouldn't Use Anything Else
I have tried to save a few dollars by using other "weed and feeds" but always come back to Bonus S. It is the only product I have used that can control dollar weed without burning the grass. Other brands seem to have no middle ground between not working and killing the St. Augustine. Thank you Scotts!

Greenest grass
I have been applying Scott's Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed FL as directed for the last several years. And consistently I have had one of the greenest and fullest lawns in the neighborhood. It seems to happen overnight too. Applied one day and it seemed like the lawn was fuller just the next morning. Highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with their lawn.

Product works
If you follow the directions, this product works. After a couple days the grass is noticeably greener and growing. Weeds take about a week or so to show decline. I have found that some weeds such as dove weed need supplemental spraying to kill/control.

Kees the yard deep green and healthy
I have bought and used this product for many years. Continual use has helped my lawn to stay a deep green and very healthy. It handles the Floridaheat very well and the mild winters as well. Using the product as it says on the bag helps to keep the weeds down as well. Not sure if it is due to the weed killer in the product or the thick lawn choking out weeds but it works great!

Southern turf builder
The turf builder really brought back our grass in an area that was very brown from pets. It only took two months to notice a significant difference. I would reccomend using the builder to friends and family.
