DESCRIPTION
Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food is a 2-in-1 lawn care product that contains a broad-spectrum and systemic fungicide for prevention and control 27 types of lawn diseases, including brown patch, leafspot, powdery mildew, and red thread. In addition, the added fertilizer feeds for a thicker, greener lawn and strengthens each blade of grass down to the root to help your lawn recover from stresses. This fast-acting formula dissolves quickly to begin working in 24 hours, providing up to four weeks of control. Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food is for use on all grass types (when used as directed). Apply prior to disease symptoms when conditions are favorable for disease and/or stressful periods. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application. One 27.40 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food covers 8,000 sq. ft.

How to Use
Prepare:
- If the grass is tall enough to touch the bottom of the spreader, give it a trim.
Apply:
- First, set up your spreader.
- Scotts® Elite spreader: 4
- Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreader: 3-1/4
- Scotts® drop spreader: 6
- Scotts® Wizz® spreader: 4
- Scotts® Whirl™ spreader: 4
Fill the spreader and apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food by walking at a steady pace.
Clean up:
- Sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk or street back into your lawn.
Water:
- Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application.
WHEN AND WHERE TO USE
Where to Use
- Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food can be used on most grass types.
Where Not to Use
- Do not apply to warm season turf species later than one month prior to the first expected frost (zoysiagrass, bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, centipedegrass, bahiagrass).
When to Apply
- Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn Food to actively growing grass, prior to disease symptoms, when conditions are favorable for disease and/or stressful periods. Applications can be made after seeding or at seed germination.
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours after application.
How Often to Apply
- A second application can be made after four weeks (28 days) but do not make more than four applications in any one year and wait at least one month between those applications.
