Description
Nothing is better than lush, green grass. Scotts® Turf Builder® Lawn Food is a fertilizer that feeds and strengthens your grass to help protect against future problems. This fertilizer also builds strong, deep roots and improves the lawn's ability to absorb water and nutrients (vs. unfed lawn). Scotts® Turf Builder® Lawn Food can be used on any grass type. Apply the product to a wet or dry lawn. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 3 ½. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 6 ½. For Scotts® Wizz®, use a setting of 3 ¾. If fast results are desired, lightly water the product in after application; however, watering is not required. Return unused product to original container, and sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk, or street back onto your lawn. One 12.5 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder Lawn Food covers 5,000 sq. ft.
Step by Step Instructions
Apply to wet or dry lawn. If temperatures are consistently exceeding 90°F, water immediately after application to reduce stress on your lawn. For best results, use a Scotts® spreader.

Scotts Fertilizers work GREAT for me!
I need 3 bags for my lawn, so cost wise is very expensive, though the difference when I use the Scotts Fertlizer on my lawn vice missing the seasonal application is tremendous. Scotts Fertlizers help my lawn not only stay green, but healthy grass that after mowing, looks soft and beautiful. I actually like to walk in front of my yard and admire my own lawn!

Results using this product are outstanding
I have used this and many other Scott fertilizer products for years and the results are great. My yard is one of the best in the neighborhood and I feel Scotts has played a large part in helping maintain that stature. I will continue to use this and other Scotts products in the future.

Good Stuff!
Always pleased with Scotts products. Once again this stuff didn't disappoint. My yard hadn't been fertilized prior to last fall and suffered through no sprinkler (user error), but I started the first feed this spring and two spaced throughout this summer (followed instructions on back) and now have my yard back. Can't wait to see how my lawn reacts after I put the winter guard this fall and begin with my first feed next spring.

Simply Amazing
I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I applied this product to my yard using the instructions provided on the bag and the results were amazing. My grass was much darker and healthier looking then my neighbors. This product also significantly reduced the amount of weeds and dandelions in my yard. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Very east to use and you see results very quickly.

Great Product
We use Scotts Turf Builder lawn food because it not only does a great job of keeping our lawn strong and continually growing but it is animal friendly. We have two large dogs and we are always conscientious about what we put on our lawn. We have had great success with Scotts Turf Builder so we will continue to use Scotts and recommend Scotts.

Turf Builder is worth the time!
I removed trees from my front yard and had the stumps ground. The tree mulch that was left from the stumps we had to remove as best as possible as far as raking etc otherwise it kills all the nitrates needed within the grass to keep it alive. My lawn was burnt and very straw like looking so I added the turf builder to make it green again and replace the nitrates it needed. My grass was green within 5 days! (after a bit of rain and some watering) I am VERY happy with this product and my lawn is almost back to normal after being shocked from the sunlight as well since it was always shaded. I will definitely be using this product every year throughout the summer! =] Thanks Scotts!

Turf Builder is unbeatable
I have used Scotts for over 40 years and Turf Builder is by far the best Lawn Fertilizer for my specific turf. I have a mix of St. Augustine and Centipede grass. Turf Builder provides the pop that I look for every Spring and throughout the year. Highly recommend this product.

Great results with this product
I've switched back to Scott's after using other fertilizers for the last couple years without getting good results! Our lawn is much thicker and greener, and with fewer weeds! Can't wait to see what the lawn will look like after one more year with putting Scott's fertilizers on! Thanks for a great product!

Has worked great for years!
I went to this for my spring and fall feeding as you can apply it anytime and I don't have to worry about the grass being wet! I also use it on my mother in laws yard and her only concern is it makes the grass grow so fast - but she sure likes how it looks!! Does a great job greening it up!

Doesn't get better than this!!!
Have tried lots of other products, but none compare to the lush green lawn that you get with ANY of the Scott's fertilizer's. Don't be fooled by imitators or others that claim to be better. If you want the best lawn, go with the best product!!!

This product has great features
I have used this product about 2 yrs and very pleased with the results. The grass has thickened and it is evident this product is effective in the elimination of weeds in my yard. Actually I have one of the best looking yards in the subdivision.

The Best I have used!!!!
I have used a local produc that is heavily advertised but it never worked well. I switched to Scotts at the advice of a botanist I work with and my grass loved me for it.
My neighbors asked how I got my grass so green and rid of dandelions. I have the best looking grass thanks to Scotts!!!
Use this product if you want excellent results, this company has it down!!!

Bringing Lawn Back
My lawn had deteriorated over the last few year years. Tried a number of products. Saw Turf Builder at my local Costco and decided "what the heck, it couldn't hurt". To my surprise my lawn made a remarkable comeback this year. Nice and thick and has filled in where rabbits had caused some problems

Lawn Fertilizer
Have used Scotts products for over 35 years on a consistent basis and the results have been outstanding. My neighbors use contractors to take care of their lawns and the results are not as good as the Scotts products.
