Scotts® Turf Builder® Triple Action for Moss Control is for use on most grass types. Apply during winter or spring when moss is actively growing. It is best applied when the lawn is moist and tall grass has been mowed to expose low growing moss. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 5 for the regular rate or 5 ¾ for the heavy rate. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 8 for the regular rate or 8 ½ for the heavy rate. For Scotts® Wizz, use a setting of 5 for the regular rate or 5 ½ for the heavy rate. Grass blades may temporarily turn black after application; however, this condition will disappear after mowing. Always wait 6 to 8 weeks between applications. How to Use

• Scotts® Turf Builder® Triple Action for Moss Control is best applied when the lawn is moist and tall grass has been mowed to expose low growing moss.
• Apply using a Scotts® spreader. Use the Regular Rate for normal moss infestations and the Heavy Rate for heavy moss infestations. Set a Scotts® Broadcast/Rotary Spreader to 5 for the Regular Rate and 5 3/4 for the Heavy Rate. Set a Scotts® Drop Spreader to 8 for the Regular Rate and 8 1/2 for the Heavy Rate. Set a Scotts® Wizz® Spreader to 5 for the Regular Rate and 5 1/2 for the Heavy Rate.
• One 20 lb. bag covers 4,000 sq. ft. when applying at a Regular Rate and 3,200 sq. ft. when applying at a Heavy Rate.
• For an even application, walk at a steady pace, slightly overlapping each pass.

Where Not to Use

• Do not apply near water, storm drains or drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rain is expected.

To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Sweeping any product that lands on a driveway, sidewalk, or street, back onto the treated area of the lawn will help prevent runoff to water bodies or drainage systems.
