Description
It's simple: treat weeds and feed your lawn with Scotts® Turf Builder® WinterGuard® Fall Weed & Feed5 in the fall for a better lawn next spring. This weed killer plus lawn fertilizer controls over 50 listed lawn weeds, including clover, dandelion, plantain, morningglory, chicory, evening primrose, and purslane. Scotts® Turf Builder® WinterGuard® Fall Weed & Feed5 can be used on Bahiagrass, Bermudagrass, Bluegrass, Centipedegrass, Fescue, Ryegrass, or Zoysiagrass. Apply on a calm day when weeds are actively growing and temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 90°F. Make sure your grass is wet from dew or watering, as this helps particles adhere to weed leaves to produce the best results. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 3 ¾. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 7 ¼. For Scotts® Wizz® spreader, use a setting of 4 ¼. For Scotts® Elite spreader, use a setting of 4 ¼. Do not water your lawn for 24 hours after application or apply if rain is expected within the next 24 hours. One 11.28 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® WinterGuard® Fall Weed & Feed5 covers 4,000 sq. ft.

Works great!
A must product if you want a green weed free healthy lawn! Been using the seasonal program outlined by company and it works. Still need to have a few spot treats here and there, but lawn looking vibrant green and weed free!

Amazing results in just a few weeks of application
Scott's turf builder winter guard weed and feed is designed for long treatment to both kill existing weeds and strengthen the lawn for the winter. I saw a significant reduction in broadleaf weed such as dandelions and clover within a few weeks of application. The product came in nice packing without any damage. The price of the product is good.

Grass is looking a bit better still need a few applications for it to be more noticeable . I will update after a few months have applied to grass . So far good .

Great Product!
This Scott's Weed and Feed works great! Scott's is a brand I use frequently and trust. The Weed and Feed is easy to dispense according to the directions and I know it will keep the fall weeds at bay!

Use this in Fall!
Fall, this is good time for this!!! I recently used Scotts Turf Builder WinterGuard Fall Weed & Feed on my lawn, and overall I’m pretty pleased. The application was straightforward (I broadcast it in the morning when the grass was dewy). Over the next week, a lot of the weeds I’d been fighting—clover, dandelion—started to brown out and shrink. Meanwhile, the grass looked healthier, denser, with a deeper green than before.

Lush lawn!
This stuff really works to nourish the grass roots and prepare them for the harsh winter months. It was easy to spread and the coverage area was perfect for my yard size. My lawn looks incredibly thick and vibrant!

Easy to apply, simple directions
Scott’s Wintergard fall weed and feed is very easy to apply to your yard using a spreader. The detailed instructions on the back of the bag tell you what to set the spreader at and I was able to apply the entire bag to my yard within a half an hour. I have a large yard and could probably use four bags total, so I focused on the front and the areas that had the most weeds. It will be easy to see the spring if this product makes a difference.

Great lawn treatment
Got this as a promotion for my review. So far it seems like most others I have tried. One bag got me a decent part of my lawn in the front. We will see how it does come this next year! So far I've had great results with this brand! A little pricey per bag in my opinion but everything is now a days.
