instead™ Ambitious Grass™ Bermudagrass seed blend was made to thrive in your local climate. Strong and determined—and formulated with a soil improver to help with moisture and nutrient-holding capacity—this grass seed stands up to the southern heat.

Made with natural ingredients and a game-changing soil improver, this hard-working grass seed mix stands up to hot spells and is safe to use around the whole family, when used as directed.
BASICS
- Ingredients: Bermudagrass seed
- Covers up to 4,000 sq. ft. of an existing lawn, 1,330 sq. ft. of a new lawn.
- Designed to be applied once danger of frost has passed in spring (April-May) or fall (late August-September), when temperatures are consistently between 70-90° so soil is warm enough to help seed germinate and grow.
- Bag is 25% bio-based renewable plastic made from sugarcane.
- Ideal for warm-season grass types in southern regions.
- Safe to use around kids and pets, when used as directed.
How to Use
Directions for Reseeding:
- Prep your lawn by mowing it low and bagging up the cuttings to help the seed reach the soil.
- For best results, use the instead™ Go Getter™ Spreader to apply the seed to your lawn. When using the instead™ Go Getter™ Spreader, adjust the spreader setting to 2.
- Lightly rake the grass seed so that it rests just beneath the top layer of soil.
- Water your lawn, making sure to keep the soil surface moist until the seed grows at least 2 inches tall. This means watering it at least once a day, or more often if the weather is hot, dry, or windy.
Directions for a New Lawn:
- Prep the soil by loosening the top layer of soil and removing anything that will get in the way of your seed touching the soil.
- For the best results, use the instead™ Go Getter™ Spreader to apply the seed. When using the instead™ Go Getter™ Spreader, adjust the spreader setting to 5.
- Lightly rake the seed into the soil.
- Water your soon-to-be new lawn enough to keep the soil surface moist until the seed grows at least 2 inches tall. This means watering it at least once a day, or more often if the weather is hot, dry, or windy.
