Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix is an all-purpose mix for sunny and shady areas. This mix works to quickly repair bare areas. In addition, each seed is coated to absorb 2X more water than uncoated seed. Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix is designed for full sun and light shade, and has a coarse bladed texture with medium drought resistance. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when air temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall. One 7 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Commercial Mix has a new lawn coverage of 930 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 2,800 sq. ft.
